Well, if you are talking about this https://www.jobrunr.io/en/documentation/pro/database-fault-tolerance/ then yes it's only available in pro version. But it's not difficult to monitor for failed and stuck jobs using their apis with existing cloud tools and implement retries on top of it, if you don't want to pay for pro version

Well, it's actually not so simple to restart JobRunr once it has failed and of course the expectation is that such a tool handles the case. Actually I switched from Jobrunr to Quartz because of this.
